Creams, made of poor composition will not give the desired effect and may lead to skin irritation and increased sensitivity. In addition, night cream could be changed with oil. As stated before, the best oils for your skin are olive oil, sesame oil and castor oil.

There are some ways to make your skin younger. Milk is known as a beauty elixir for a long time. Get a piece of cotton and moisten it with milk, then hold it to your eye for about 30 seconds. You will see the effect immediately. If you want to get rid of dark circles, you should try to put some slices of potato on eyes. Potatoes are rich in vitamin C, which tones and rejuvenates the skin.

Food that you eat makes huge influence on your skin. If you have dark and swollen eye circles, avoid salty and spicy food. if you want to prevent your skin from aging, eat leafy vegetables, broccoli, citrus fruits and nuts. However, the biggest enemy of your skin is alcohol. If you want to keep your beauty, do not consume alcohol at all.
